When is a patient entitled to reimbursement of Momester?
Dad is 65+. He went to the doctor who prescribed Momester. On the prescription there is an S symbol and 100% payment. Why, if the drug is on the list of reimbursements?

The list of reimbursable medicines includes Momester in a pack containing 140 doses.
Reimbursement indications include symptomatic treatment of seasonal allergic or perennial rhinitis in adults and children aged ≥3 years and treatment of nasal polyps in adults. If you suffer from one of these conditions, your doctor may prescribe a discounted medication. In this case, people over 65 years of age receive the drug free of charge.
The decision on whether a patient can receive a medicine at a discount is always made by the doctor issuing the prescription.
