Can I use blood thinning injections for an exacerbation of ulcerative bowel disease?

Good morning, I suffer from ulcerative colitis, I currently have an exacerbation, bleeding at the toilet, I am in the hospital, I am getting injections to thin the blood, but I have the impression that after oh the blood is even more, can they still give me injections to thin the blood, is it not abnormal?

Be careful. Although gastrointestinal bleeding is not a contraindication to the use of low molecular weight heparins, the observed side effects should be reported to the physician.
