Can I use Adalift if I don't have erectile dysfunction?

Good morning.
The urologist prescribed me the drug Adalift for simple hyperplasia as a medication to help empty the bladder, I read on the leaflet that it is a typical drug for erection, I did not write anything about the prostate, I did not complain and did not ask for medication for erection. I'm afraid that after a month's treatment I won't become addicted to this drug and whether such a drug can actually alleviate the symptoms of prostate enlargement.

One of the indications for Adalift is to treat the symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia in adult men.
Different doses of this medicine are used for erectile dysfunction (higher) and different doses for benign prostatic hyperplasia (lower).

There is also no reason to believe that regular intake of low doses of tadalafil will cause erection problems in the future.
