Hello. Can giving pyrantelum to a child during intestinal intestinal (vomiting, diarrhea) harm the child? Could it have something to do with petechiae and swollen joints?

The side effects observed are not typical for Pyrantelum. Administration of it during vomiting and diarrhoea may weaken its effect.
Please consult your pediatrician. These symptoms may be related to an ongoing infection.
