Yes, you can. These medicines do not have clinically relevant interactions with each other that would preclude their combined use, especially when used as directed by a doctor. In this case, there is no need for a long time interval, approx. 15 minutes is enough.

Rispolept (risperidone) is an antipsychotic medication used to treat symptoms such as aggression, irritability, conduct disorders in people with autism.

Zyrtec (cetirizine) is an antihistamine used to treat allergic symptoms such as runny nose, hives, itchy skin. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/86412/zyrtec-tabletki-powlekane/apteki

Nasal momester (fluticasone) is used to treat the symptoms of rhinitis, such as allergic rhinitis, sneezing, nasal itching. https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/87124/momester-aerozol/apteki

As for the question of whether Rispolept can aggravate an inhalant allergy, it is important to note that Rispolept can cause some side effects. However, an inhalation allergy is not a typical symptom of this drug.
