Can you combine Colostrum with turmeric?

Can you combine colostrum primabiotic with licur max turmeric? What is the best time of day to take each of them?

According to current knowledge, there are no contraindications to taking Colostrum and Turmeric at the same time.

As for the duration of use, it depends on individual preferences and the manufacturer's recommendations. In the case of Colostrum primabiotic, it is usually recommended to take it on an empty stomach on an empty stomach, preferably about 20-30 minutes before a meal.

Turmeric (Licur Max) can usually be taken with or just after a meal to increase the absorption of curcumin.
