Nexpram does not affect the result of your pregnancy test.
A false negative pregnancy test result can be obtained when the test was taken too early. Measurement error is also potentially possible, however, this is very rare. The drugs do not falsify the concentration of beta-hCG (except for fertility drugs containing gonadotropin in the composition).
A pregnancy test taken 30 days after intercourse provides a reliable result.

And is the test done 30 days after intercourse dimensional? I took the test before the first dose of nexpram, but I plan to repeat the question, does this drug affect the test result?
