Can vitamins D3 + k2 and A + E be combined?

Is it possible to combine vitamins D3, k2 and A+E together, or does there have to be a gap?

To @Graza:

You can use ADEK vitamins in drops, provided that you are not found to be deficient in all of the above vitamins.

And if you buy vitamin ADEK and they are combined in drops, how not to take them

Combining vitamins D3, K2, A and E is a topic that is controversial, mainly because each of these vitamins has its own specific roles in the body and there is a possibility of interactions between them.

Vitamin D3 and K2

Vitamin D3 promotes the absorption of calcium from the gastrointestinal tract, while vitamin K2 plays a key role in directing this calcium to the bones, which prevents it from being deposited in blood vessels. Their combination is recommended, especially for people at risk of osteoporosis or those who take high doses of vitamin D3.

Although these vitamins work synergistically, it is not necessary to take them at the same time. Vitamin D3 can be absorbed on its own, however, supplementing with both vitamins may have additional benefits for bone health.

Vitamin A and E

Vitamins A and E are also fat-soluble vitamins. There is evidence to suggest that an excess of these vitamins may reduce the absorption of vitamin D. For example, an excess of vitamin A may reduce the bioavailability of D by 30% and an excess of E by 15-17%. Therefore, it is important not to exceed the recommended doses of these vitamins, especially in the context of their cooperation with vitamin D.

I have read articles in which it is not recommended to combine these vitamins.

Yes, these vitamins can be taken together. There are no contraindications to their simultaneous use.

Here you will find examples of preparations containing vitamins D, A and E:
