The use of Cortiment MMX is not a contraindication to the consumption of beetroot sourdough (or at least medical sources do not indicate the existence of an interaction). A bigger problem may be a disease of the gastrointestinal tract and a lack of tolerance to the aforementioned beetroot preparation. If you are starting your adventure with sourdough, I recommend starting with the lowest doses and checking how your intestines and stomach react.
