To @sunshine:
Taking the drug may have dysregulated the cycle and postponed ovulation, so it is difficult to determine the fertile days and ensure adequate contraception. I'm afraid I'll need to take a pregnancy test when I get back from vacation. Only then will you be able to see if the protection has worked properly.

Hello, I only took the drug for 6 days because I simply experienced all the side effects. But 3 weeks after that I didn't get my period. I thought the 6 days didn't trigger much in the body and my partner and I only used contraception during the fertile days. Now my period is missing and I'm afraid of being pregnant. Could that be possible? Since the weight loss, I have had cramping pains again and again and do not feel well at all. I'm currently in the Maldives, so I can't take a pregnancy test. Is it normal to have this cramping pain after stopping the medication?

Both at the beginning of treatment with Ryeqo and after treatment, you may experience irregular spotting and bleeding for the first few months. The onset of bleeding may be delayed after the treatment has been stopped. The risk of irregular periods after stopping Ryeqo is higher if you had them before you started treatment.

In case bleeding does not occur, I encourage you to consult your doctor. You can also take advantage of a teleconsultation via e.g. the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

I am attaching a link that allows you to check the availability of Ryeqo and make a reservation at the pharmacy of your choice:
