In the case of Detriol, the manufacturer does not indicate in the package leaflet that the drug interacts with alcohol.
Fortunately, in most cases, occasional alcohol consumption does not significantly change the effect of medication and if a family gathering, birthday or other event is planned in the near future, I think that one glass of wine will not hurt.
Then I would advise you to take the medicine in the morning if the alcohol will be consumed in the evening.
However, if it is to be a glass of wine/a bottle of beer every day, in such a situation it is better to be careful and avoid drinking alcohol if it is not necessary.
