Dexilant, Trioxal and Ezehron Duo are prescription medicines that can be combined if they have been prescribed by doctors who have been informed of all the preparations they are taking.

Drugs that alter the pH of the stomach, e.g. Dexilant, interfere with the absorption of itraconazole (Trioxal). When used concomitantly with medicinal products that reduce gastric acidity, it is recommended that itraconazole be administered with acidic beverages (non-dietary cola). According to the currently available knowledge, the use of Trioxal and Ezehron Duo does not significantly affect the concentration of drugs in plasma, and there are no significant interactions between the preparations.
