Can I take gabapentin at night?
Hello, I have an inflammation of the nerves in my hand or arm. Since I started a new job, I can't take sick leave.
My neurologist gave me gabapentin when it's unbearable. I have pain again and again during the day. however, it is worst at night. Can I just take a pill for the night so that I am fit enough to drive to work in the morning?

Gabapentin is a prescription medication and should be taken as directed by the doctor who prescribed it.
Gabapentin is indicated for the treatment of peripheral neuropathic pain. Usually, this treatment is initiated by gradually increasing the dose to a maximum dose of 3600 mg/day. It is usually given in 3 divided doses a day. I've attached helpful materials;
