Good morning. I have a question. From the neurologist I was given Nootropil 800 mg tablets. I recently found out that I have hasimoto and I am taking Euthyrox 50. It was written in the Nootropil leaflet that thyroid medications in combination with the nootropil drug can cause confusion (disorientation). What now?

Have you informed your neurologist about the medications you are taking (i.e. Euthyrox)? If not, you should contact your doctor again and mention the concomitant treatment.
However, if the neurologist knew about the medication you were taking, he or she must have taken into account the possible risks and still considered the use of Nootropil to be the best solution in your case. In such a situation, caution should be exercised and if you notice any disturbing symptoms indicating the occurrence of interactions (e.g. confusion, irritability, insomnia), you should seek medical attention. This interaction has only been observed in some cases and will not occur in every patient using the combination of these medicines.
