Why don't Siofor/Ranmet XR have the side effects that occur with Glucophage XR and the traditional form?

Does the release period of Siofor XR/ Ranmet XR differ from Glucophage XR? After Siofor/Ranmet XR there are no side effects that appear with Glucophage XR and the traditional form.
Also, the form of tablets in Siofor XR I Rannet XR is identical, while in glucophage XR it has a different appearance.

Siofor XR, Ranmet XR and Glucophage XR are different pharmaceutical products that contain the same active ingredient, metformin in the form of extended-release tablets. The main goal of these drugs is to regulate blood sugar levels in patients with type 2 diabetes. Even though all of these drugs contain metformin in an extended-release form, they may differ slightly in terms of other excipients, packaging, tablet appearance, etc., but the main action and mechanism of action are similar.

If you experience side effects after taking Glucophage XR that do not occur with Siofor XR or Ranmet XR, it may be due to differences in the excipients that may affect your tolerance to the drug. Please keep in mind that every patient is different and may react slightly differently to different brands or forms of medications.
