In order for a drug to be dispensed at a discount in a pharmacy, such payment must be indicated on the prescription by the doctor issuing the document. Perhaps your prescription does not indicate a discounted fee.
Issued e-prescriptions can be viewed on the Online Patient Account. If the prescription was paper, you should contact the pharmacy where it was filled to confirm payment.
