Yes, it is possible. According to the Summary of Product Characteristics, aggression and irritability are one of the most common side effects of Lamilept:

This may be particularly noticeable at the initial stage of treatment and during dose increase. Usually, the severity of side effects with the continuation of therapy is reduced.

If side effects hinder daily functioning, you should report this fact to your doctor, who will decide whether treatment modification will be necessary. I encourage you to report an adverse reaction if you have not already done so: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane

The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to book a medicine in a selected stationary pharmacy and collect it upon presentation of a prescription: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/42332/lamilept-tabletki/apteki
