Should you be afraid of the side effects of Tamoxifen?

Hi I have a question, I have prescribed Tamoxifen_egis, now I'm on radiotherapy, after which I feel tired, can I take it after the end, I'm afraid of how I will feel after it, I commute to radiotherapy every day, I'm afraid of side effects, I already had adventures with other drugs

The use of tamoxifen should be started as prescribed by a specialist. If your doctor has given instructions to start taking Tamoxifen after you have finished radiotherapy, please follow them.
Tamoxifen, like any active substance, can cause side effects. However, this does not mean that they will definitely occur in a person. Therefore, it is worth familiarizing yourself with the potential side effects of the drug and report them to the attending physician if you observe them.
