Cytisine is an alkaloid that acts on nicotinic receptors, from which it displaces nicotine. It will not be an effective drug for caffeine dependence.
Caffeine addiction resembles the clinical picture of anxiety neurosis. Perhaps it is worth consulting a doctor - a psychiatrist and consider treatment resembling neurosis therapy.
