What to use for sore throat after Mesopral?

After the last visit to the doctor I got medication in the form of Mesopral which is to help me get rid of heartburn and morczywnego porridge, the effect begins to bring results with the fact that my throat began to hurt in such a way that I have to swallow saliva from time to time in connection with this, I have a question whether this is a side effect and what to use for this ailment

Mesopral can cause dry mouths and oesophagus, which may cause the described sore throat. To moisturize the throat, you can use tablets or lozenges containing moisturizing hyaluronic acid, such as Cevitt or Gelovox, for example:
