Apo-Napro should only be used in combination with Piramil if it has been prescribed by the same doctor or if the doctor prescribing it has been told what other medicines you are already taking and what additional medical conditions you are suffering from.

Naproxen (the active ingredient in Apo-Napro) may reduce the effect of Piramil. In addition, combining these drugs increases the risk of worsening kidney function
and increase potassium levels in the blood. Therefore, if combining these drugs is necessary, you should strictly follow the dosage regimen established with your doctor.
