In this situation, a time interval is most advisable.
Parallel use of Onirex and first-generation antihistamines (here: Flunarizinum) may lead to summing up the depressive effect of these drugs on the CNS, e.g. excessive sedation and impaired psychomotor coordination. The patient should also be monitored for excessive CNS depression and the dose of Onirex should be reduced if necessary.
I encourage you to inform your doctor about all medicines and dietary supplements used, which will allow you to choose a safe and effective pharmacotherapy. Only your doctor can assess whether the combination of these medicines is safe and appropriate for your current clinical condition.
