Can Ryeqo be used to treat pain in endometriosis if I don't have fibroids?

Hello. I was at the gynecologist today he wrote me these pills because I have terrible pain under the pressure of Endo.. But I don't have any fibroids. Should I take these pills? Tablets will also work analgesic?

The drug can be used to combat pain in women with endometriosis. The company has already submitted an application to the EMA - the European Medicines Agency to extend the indications for the use of this drug to treat the symptoms of endometriosis.
