Although no such studies have been conducted, it can be assumed that combining nattokinase and ginkgo biloba is inadvisable.

Ginkgo biloba should not be combined with supplements and drugs that may have a tidal effect on blood clotting. Since nattokinase has an anticoagulant effect, it cannot be combined with ginkgo.
