Blood tests and urine tests with a sensitivity of 10 mlU / ml, i.e. ultrasensitive, can detect a three-day pregnancy, but fertilization can occur even after 3-5 days after intercourse, so such a test is recommended to be done only after about 6-10 days after intercourse. Urine tests with sensitivity of 25 mlU/ml should be performed not earlier than about 14 days after intercourse or on the day of expected menstruation.
