Can Pirolam Intima cause spotting?

Hello, if I have an infection, pain, burning, itching and redness, irritation of intimate places, I used pirolam intima wag and there was spotting after them, is it something dangerous, is it normal, such cleansing, healing or how?

The spotting should subside within a few days.
If there is no improvement, I encourage you to consult a doctor, e.g. via teleconsultation via the Gdziepolek.pl portal:

Spotting can be caused by infection or the use of Pirolam Intima. If it worsens or the symptoms of infection do not disappear after therapy, you should consult a gynecologist.
