If I did not take Servenon in the morning, can I safely take triptans for a headache. Nothing else helps, and I'm about to go crazy. Unfortunately, I'm afraid that serotonin syndrome will occur.

Since the escitalopram contained in Servenon has a long plasma half-life, it takes several days to completely excrete the drug from the body. The fact that you skipped the morning dose does not mean that the concentration of the drug has already dropped so much in the evening that there will be no interaction, e.g. with triptans. There is still a risk of developing symptoms of serotonin syndrome.
