Is it possible to shorten the 7-day break in the use of the Adaring disc?
Hello, for two years I have been using according to the recommendations of Adaring. I am in the middle of a 7-day break. Can I shorten the break from 7 days to 4/5 days? I would like to add that this is the first such situation and unique. Can there be side effects?

You can shorten the 7-day break and apply the new disc a few days earlier than usual. Bleeding or spotting may occur when using a new disc. The situation does not always appear and should stabilize in the next cycle.
