Do alprazolam or proton pump inhibitors increase liver ALT?

Can alprazolam-based drugs raise liver parameters (ALT) with a short use of a small dose (0.5 mg per day for 2 weeks)? The leaflet says nothing like that, and the parameter is raised to 79. This is not an alarming result yet, but I have never had such jumps. I recently used a proton pump inhibitor (3 months) and just an alprazolam-based drug for 2 weeks.

An increase in ALT levels is not a typical side effect of PPIs or alprazolam. In the case of alprazolam, hepatic impairment has been described as - an adverse reaction of unknown frequency (frequency cannot be estimated from the available data). Perhaps it is worth repeating the study in 2-3 weeks.
