Irritation of the mouth and throat may rarely occur with Orofar max. It is possible that in your case this drug will cause such a reaction, but it is also possible that these are symptoms of an ongoing infection/inflammation. Side effects are worth reporting, below I attach information on this subject: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/jak-i-dlaczego-zglaszac-dzialania-niepozadane In symptomatic treatment, in order to alleviate the irritation of mucous membranes, preparations with a moisturizing effect can be used, e.g. Miramile Tonsil https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/49610/miramile-tonsil-aerozol/apteki, Gardvit https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/104682/gardvit-ae-aerozol/apteki. To relieve pain, I suggest using rinses with anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, e.g. Glimbax https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/33134/glimbax-plyn/apteki, Tantum Verde https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/77404/tantum-verde-plyn/apteki. If the symptoms persist, consult a doctor. Through Gdziepolek there is a possibility to use teleconsultation: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
