Is Yselty available in Poland?
Good morning Will I get Yselty medicine in Poland for the treatment / reduction of uterine fibroids? In June 2022 - the manufacturer applied for permission to sell this drug throughout the European Union. For several months I have been looking for this drug in pharmacies and I can not find anywhere. Thank you in advance for your reply.

To @Kate: Yes, Ryego reduces the volume of the uterus and uterine fibroids. There are no studies comparing the two drugs, so we are not able to determine whether it will be similar. However, Ryego is indicated for the treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of uterine fibroids in adult women of childbearing potential.
Thank you for your reply. Does Ryeqo, like Yselty, cause a clear and constant reduction in the volume of the uterus and uterine fibroids? Because from what is on the leaflet Ryeqo is an indication for heavy menstruation.

In June 2022, the European Commission, as part of the central procedure, issued a decision on the marketing authorisation of Yselty in all European Union countries and EFTA countries – Iceland, Norway and Liechtenstein. Obtaining a marketing authorisation decision does not mean that the manufacturer will automatically market the drug to markets throughout Europe. That medicinal product is currently not distributed on Polish market. In 2021, a medicinal product with indications analogous to Yselta appeared on the Polish market - Ryeqo medicinal product indicated for use in the treatment of moderate to severe symptoms of uterine fibroids in adult women of childbearing age. The product can only be obtained with a prescription.
