I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. Do I need to take insulin overnight?

Good morning. I have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes. An hour after meals, sugar is in the range of 90-120. However, most fasting measurements are higher than 92. Maximum increases to 101. Despite proper nutrition, should I take insulin at night? Sugar curve 93,6/128/96

Take your insulin exactly as your doctor has told you. If you have doubts about the dosage of the drug, it is best to consult your doctor. Based on current glycemic measurements, the specialist will decide whether or not to use insulin. In the event that stationary contact with a specialist is difficult, it is possible to use teleconsultation through Gdziepolek: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja I enclose materials that may be of interest: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/cukrzyca-w-ciazy
