Is there a chance of having a stroke after using Sildenafil?

Hello, I used 25mg of sildenafil before intercourse. About 10 hours have passed since taking. Unfortunately, my head and delicate eyes still hurt. 2 ibuprofen sprint tablets only reduced the discomfort. I don't have heart disease and nothing is wrong with me. Is this normal, is there a chance of getting a stroke? Best regards

As for the risk of stroke, it is usually small when using Sildenafil in recommended doses. Sildenafil works by increasing blood flow to the genital area, which can affect blood circulation in other areas of the body, including the head, hence headaches may occur (a very common side effect of Sildenafil). However, I am not in a position to accurately assess your medical situation on the basis of such a brief description. I encourage you to make an appointment with your doctor who will adjust the treatment according to your current clinical condition. If you do not have the possibility of a stationary visit, I encourage you to use teleadvice, e.g. via the portal Gdziepolek.pl: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja
