Pramolan is a drug containing opipramol, substances from the group of antidepressants, non-selective inhibitors of monoamine uptake, which has sedative, anxiolytic and mood-improving effects. The substances contained in hop cones reduce nervous tension, have a calming effect and support the work of the nervous system. Despite the fact that both preparations have an effect on the nervous system, they are not their counterparts and are not used interchangeably.
