Is it possible to combine Metypred and Azycin?

Hello, can the drug Metypred be combined with the antibiotic Azycin. The steroid was prescribed for a child - the age of 6 years - due to right-sided paralysis of the facial nerve. After a few days we received a positive test result for Lyme disease and after consulting a doctor we were prescribed the antibiotic Azycyna, can these two drugs be combined?
