Is it safe to use Venlafaxine and Mirtazapine together?

Hello, the doctor prescribed me venlafaxine 37.5 mg in the morning and mirtazapine 30 mg in the evening to treat insomnia. Is this connection secure?

In Poland they do not know it, but in the USA I had it prescribed together venlafaxine ranonl mirtazepine in the evening. I will say this, psychiatrists in the USA have a name for it, something like California speedbball or similar. Personally, I know the mechanism of these fears because they put me on my feet after several years of cocaine. Wenlafxyna is a drug whose dose is selected slowly and individually, the dose depends on the mechanism of action on which receptors it affects, I selected 37.5 mg every week to 225mg per day and 30mg Mitazepine I recommend. I would add that mirtazepine is interesting because the smaller dose works more sedatively in a smaller dose of 30mg.mnie udypislo and 45 not

Venlafaxine can be used in combination with Mirtazapine if prescribed by the same doctor. Combining these drugs increases the risk of a rare but serious side effect, which is serotonin syndrome, so you should strictly follow the dosage regimen established with your doctor. User questions and answers that provide feedback about products are not verified for the purchase or use of the product. Companies often order anonymous comments to form positive opinions about their products, or negative ones about competitors. Therefore, be guided by the information in the pharmacists' responses in the first place.
