Hello, the doctor prescribed me venlafaxine 37.5 mg in the morning and mirtazapine 30 mg in the evening to treat insomnia. Is this connection secure?

Personally, I know the mechanism of these fears because they put me on my feet after several years of cocaine. Wenlafxyna is a drug whose dose is selected slowly and individually, the dose depends on the mechanism of action on which receptors it affects, I selected 37.5 mg every week to 225mg per day and 30mg Mitazepine I recommend.
