Sildenafil is a medicine used to treat erectile dysfunction, while flutamide is a medicine used to treat prostate cancer. To the best of my knowledge, there are no known direct interactions between sildenafil and flutamide. Both drugs act on different areas of the body and have different mechanisms of action. However, before using Sildenafil, read the leaflet of the drug carefully and observe the dosage. Between these two drugs it would be good to keep a time interval of at least 2-3 hours.
