You have not overdosed on any of these drugs, but their combination is not recommended, because they work in the same way, which may result in increased side effects - mainly from the digestive, circulatory or kidney systems. If you do not feel negative consequences after more than two weeks of taking these drugs, then in my opinion taking one sachet of Nimesil and one tablet of Ibuprom Forte 400 mg did not lead to an interaction. However, if you feel unwell, it is best to consult your doctor directly. Nimesil can be obtained with a prescription and should be taken exactly as prescribed by your doctor. The standard recommended dose of Nimesil is 100 mg twice a day (2 times 1 sachet) after meals. When it comes to ibuprofen, do not take more than 1200 mg of ibuprofen per day I enclose additional information about the drugs you are interested in and our study, which may be helpful: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/53354/nimesil-granulat-do-wytworzenia-zawiesiny/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/92506/ibuprofen-forte-doz-tabletki-powlekane/apteki https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-mozna-laczyc-leki-ze-soba
