I have been using adaring for a long time and for the first time I had such a situation that fell out, but I realized only after 4 days after I got unexpectedly bleeding where I had my period literally a week earlier. I had only had the disc for less than a week, so after knowing it in the bedroom, I rinsed it and applied it back. In this case, should I move the date of removing the puck by these 4 days where I got my period at that time, or remove it on time and after a week put on a new one?

A disc that has been outside the vagina for more than 3 hours is no longer suitable for re-application. It must be removed and disposed of. You should wear a new disc - you can do it now - but the protection will not be preserved immediately. You will need to use additional protection in the form of a condom throughout this cycle of wearing the puck. Full protection will only be provided in the next cycle. When you apply the disc from the new package now, remove it after 3 weeks and after a 7-day break put on a new one.
