Can I take Eliquis the next day after I finish taking Clexane injections?
Good morning I take injections for thrombosis clexane 60 mg. I'm supposed to take them until Sunday. After finishing the injections, can I take eliquis 5 g immediately the next day? Should there be a break after you stop taking injections and taking a new medicine?

In general, there are no contraindications to start using Eliquis the next day, after the end of Clexane therapy. If your treatment requires you to stop Clexane injections and start Eliquis, you should do so as directed by your doctor. In case of doubt, I encourage you to consult your doctor again. It is the doctor who decides whether to treat the patient m.in based on the history of the disease and the previous response to treatment.
