Can Heparegen be combined with Dexketoprofen? Does Heparegen reduce the effectiveness of Dexketoprofen?

Is it possible to combine heparegen and dexketoprofen 3x25 (anti-inflammatory drug for the spine) when they are prescribed by one doctor. Will heparegen protect the liver from damage from NSAIDs and at the same time prevent the anti-inflammatory drug from stopping working?
