What should I do if I have joint pain after Reseligo?

after reseligo or other substitutes depending on the availability, which I take for a year terribly hurt my joints, sit down .. At the moment I have in one knee one meniscus cracked, the other stratified... My other knee and hip start to hurt... What's next?How to help yourself?.. something else instead of these implants?I take estrigozol.. or additionally something .. When I think about the next four years of treatment, I feel bad
