Can Enterol, Mannodes Gastro and L-glutamine be combined?

Is it appropriate to combine the supplements recommended by the doctor: Mannodis Gastro 2x1 with Enterol 1x1 and L-glutamine 1x1 in the case of polar-intestinal problems after treatment with a proton pump inhibitor? I read somewhere that the sucaromyces boulardi in Enterol should not be combined with the other two supplements.
