What to do if I miss a dose of antibiotic?

Hello, I got the antibiotic Zinnat, I took the first dose on Friday evening, the second on Saturday morning and the next I was supposed to take on Saturday evening but I forgot, will something happen? Can I continue to take 2 tablets on Sundays and the rest of the days?

If you miss a single dose of antibiotics, your blood levels may be reduced to a level that does not guarantee its full effectiveness. If a single dose is missed, subsequent doses should be taken as scheduled until the last recommended dose is taken. Do not take two doses at the same time.
