Changing the drug to Sitagliptin Bioton may affect glucose levels, especially in the first days after starting therapy. Some patients may experience an increase in glucose levels before the drug is fully effective. It is important to give the medicine time to act and consult your doctor if you observe a significant increase in glucose levels. It is the doctor who decides whether to treat the patient m.in based on the history of the disease and the previous response to treatment. Only a doctor can decide on a possible change in pharmacotherapy. The GdziePoLek.pl service also allows you to obtain a teleconsultation with a doctor: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja Through the gdziepolek.pl service, you can check the availability of Sitaglipid and book it at the pharmacy of your choice: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/produkty/118374/sitagliptin-bioton-tabletki-powlekane/apteki?pvid=276841
