Concomitant use of Escitil and Trittico CR may lead to an excessive increase in serotonin levels in the brain, which may also lead to symptoms of so-called serotonin syndrome in the form of vomiting, headache and dizziness, hypertension, convulsions, fever, dyspnoea and arrhythmias. If both medicines have been prescribed by the same doctor and no symptoms have been observed so far, you should use both medicines as prescribed.
