Can I combine Telfexo and Hydroxyzinum?

Good morning I have a question I was prescribed Telfexo 120, because I probably have an allergy (stuffy nose and ear on the same side), for this I have Pronasal drops. Telfexo 1x morning. Drops 2 doses in the morning. But I also take hydroxysine 25mg every day as a calm (anxiety-paroxysmal disorder) when I feel the need for support. Can I take these medicines at the same time? I mean Telfexo and Hydroxyzine?
