Should I continue to use Efudix if there are spots on my face?

On the 6th day of using Efudix and the spot on the nose (cancer) appeared red spots, blisters in various places of the face and on the décolleté? I avoid the sun. Should I stop using the ointment? Should I continue until the end of 6 weeks?
