Can Escipram cause agitation, anxiety and a feeling of unreality?
Hello. I've been taking escipram 5mg for a week and I'm about to get a 10mg dose. I feel very agitated, anxious, I can not sit still and I feel very sleepy and unreal. Are such side effects normal at the beginning of taking this drug? Best regards

At the beginning of the use of the drug, these types of side effects may appear. Usually, the first effects of therapy are visible after about 2 weeks from determining the appropriate dose of the drug.
