Can I change the time of day myself and take Valsacor in the morning and Amlozek in the evening (how should I take according to the leaflet)?

I take Amlozrk 5 mg in the morning and Valsacor .120 mg in the evening. Average effects and a visit to a cardiologist only in November. I am 84 years old. Can I do the "rollover" myself, ie Valsacor in the morning and Smlozrk in the evening as it should be taken according to the leaflet

I suggest consulting such a change with an internist if there is no possibility of contact with a cardiologist. It is difficult to assess what the doctor was guided by when determining such a mode of treatment. The assessment of the possibility of changing the time of day of taking medication should be made on the basis of test results and analysis of possible side effects (especially if other drugs are used). In case of any doubts, it is worth using a paid teleadvice with a cardiologist, which is available on our website in the e-visit tab: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/telekonsultacja/z-kardiologiem I encourage you to read: https://www.gdziepolek.pl/artykuly/czy-przyjmowanie-kilku-lekow-jednoczesnie-jest-bezpieczne
